I’m Ron Sosa, Certified Life Coach, CVPM, and Founder of Syn-APT. I’ve spent more than 20 years learing people in high-stress professions learn how to lead, grow, and live without losing themselves in the process.
For most of my life, I thought I had to fit the mold and to lead like everyone else, to manage my energy, focus, and emotions the “right” way. But after being diagnosed as autistic and ADHD, I realized the problem wasn’t me. It was the system I was trying to survive in.
Now, I coach neurodivergent professionals to stop performing leadership and start living through self-awareness, rhythm, and design that honors how their brains actually work.

I help you build a life and leadership style that fits you and not the version you’ve been told to be.
Most leadership development wasn’t built for neurodivergent people. It teaches you to adapt, fit in, be less “difficult,” more “professional,” less “emotional.” I spent years trying to do leadership “right.” I followed the rules, climbed the ladder, and still felt like something didn’t fit… like I was always managing my tone, adjusting my behavior, and second-guessing everything. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed, with ADHD and later autism, that I had a language for what I’d been feeling all along. And that changed everything. Syn-APT was born out of that shift. It’s a space for leaders who don’t fit the mold and are done trying to.
