Leadership systems weren’t designed for your brain. Let’s redesign them.

For high-achieving neurodivergent professionals who feel capable but exhausted from performing leadership instead of actually living it.

You’re smart. You care deeply. You’ve worked hard to get where you are.

But leadership can begin to feel like a constant performance.

Masking.
Overthinking.
Exhaustion.

Syn-APT helps neurodivergent leaders:

• Understand their wiring,
• Rebuild their leadership systems
• Lead in ways that actually work for their brains.

ReWriting the Rules

MORE ABOUT ME

Ron Sosa, CVPM, CCFP, PgD-CLD

Neuroinclusive Leadership Strategist • Coach • Author

I’ve spent more than two decades in veterinary medicine and on paper, it looks like a steady climb. In reality, it was a maze of burnout, masking, and trying to prove my worth in systems that were never built for how my brain works.

When I finally stopped fighting myself and started understanding myself like my wiring, my sensory needs, my justice sensitivity, my cycles of hyperfocus and rest then everything changed.I stopped surviving and started designing.

Today, I help leaders do the same. I work with neurodivergent leaders who are tired of “powering through.” We build workplaces that honor human capacity, rhythm, and difference and places where being yourself isn’t a liability but a leadership strategy.

Neuroinclusive leadership isn’t just humane, it’s profitable. Thriving teams perform better, stay longer, and cost less to replace.

Proven Outcomes

If you want to lead with more empathy, unlock untapped potential (in yourself and others), and create workplaces where everyone actually wants to show up, Ron is the person you want in your corner. Syn-APT isn’t just reshaping leaders, they’re reshaping what leadership can be.

Ron has this rare gift of blending deep expertise in neuroinclusive leadership with a genuine, human approach that makes you feel seen, heard, and valued. He’s not giving you cookie-cutter leadership advice instead he’s building something that fits you, your team, and your world.

In just three sessions so far, Ron has helped me unpack how my brain processes, creates, and connects in ways I never fully appreciated before. And here’s the kicker, he doesn’t just hand you a mirror, he hands you a blueprint. You walk away not only with self-awareness but with tools you can actually use to thrive in your own lane.
Working with Ron and Syn-APT has been nothing short of eye-opening, the good kind of eye-opening, where you realize the way you see the world isn’t “wrong.”

Life as a veterinarian, practice owner, mom and just general human being can be a lot to handle. Working with Ron really helped me identify where my current pressure points are and how to make lasting improvements. After really discussing and defining my goals, Ron walked with me through small, achievable and applicable steps to improve how I manage the stress and roadblocks in all aspects of my life. It was really great to sit down and have that dedicated time to work through things as he shared valuable tools that open up the door for continued improvement. I would like to think of Ron as less of a “Life Coach” and more of a “Life Sherpa”, helping me along the path to my personal summit! 5 stars!

Ron did a fantastic job coaching me through some personal and professional growth! His compassion was amazing, but he also pushed me to explore uncomfortable emotions and come through them with his support. I would recommend Ron to anyone. His specific veterinary knowledge and understanding of neurodivergent needs set him apart from others. His personality and genuine care for people make him the perfect coach!

Ron has been an immeasurable help in identifying, visualizing and attaining "future Kelsey". From the moment I stumbled upon his profile on LinkedIn and read his journal articles, it was like he knew exactly what I was going through. During our discovery call he made me feel at ease discussing difficult emotions and optimistic that my current state wouldn't last forever; not only did he do that but he also unlocked my visualization ability almost immediately and helped guide its use for good. I'm almost to the end of my sessions with Ron and I find myself sad our chapter is ending but extremely grateful for how close he's gotten me to "future Kelsey" and the guidance he's provided- he's taught me how to fish.

I brag about him to basically everyone I know and I only hope everyone in and out of veterinary medicine can find their 'Ron'; you'll definitely be a better person for it.

You’re Not Lazy, Broken, or Dramatic

You’re Burned Out From Masking

Does This Sound Like You?

You’re holding it together so well that no one realizes how much it’s costing you.

You show up for your team, your clients and everyone counting on you. By the end of the day, there’s nothing left.

You’ve built systems that work.
They only work when you’re over-functioning.

And when things fall apart, it feels like the problem must be you.

It isn’t.

Together, we redesign how you lead so your systems work with your brain instead of against it.

  • Do you feel like... you’re constantly managing yourself just to seem “professional”?
  • Does it seem like everyone else got the manual for how to focus, organize, and rest... and you didn’t?
  • Are you frustrated that... leading others feels harder than it should, even though you care deeply and work twice as hard to get it right?
  • And when it comes down to it, do you ever wonder if you’re the problem... when really you’re just working against a system that was never built for your brain?
